Nanny Services & Information
Students
or professionals in the child care or healthcare field will benefit
working as a Nanny or caregiver. Choose a schedule that works best for

We help find you job placements within the community, based on your
experience, and area of residence.

You are not employed by Family Care Connection Inc., but referred to
the client, who will be your employer.

Negotiate the hours and wages with the client. You are paid directly
by the client.

Nanny Requirements

All applicants must have prior childcare or Nanny experience.

If working with the elderly or special needs children, the applicant
must have prior working experience.

Nanny applicants must have a current criminal record check. This can
be done at the applicant's city of residence. Our office keeps a
copy on file and clients may receive a copy upon request.

Each caregiver must have a current CPR & First Aid certificate, and
must renew it before expiry.

Must be entitled to
work in Canada - Canadian Citizen or landed immigrant status

A driving record abstract may be required for certain jobs
-
Applicants must provide a minimum of three professional references,
and one personal reference. References are kept on file, and names
and phone numbers will be given to the client to contact.

Interviews and screening will be conducted by a Childcare
Coordinator.
Are you entitled to work in Canada?
We
require a Canadian Birth Certificate, Citizenship Card, or Landed
Immigrant Record to prove citizenship. SIN cards are not valid when
proving citizenship.
